Central Park Terme

We like this hotel a lot and have been twice. Good central location, excellent food, attentive, helpful and properly masked staff. Loved the pool area and bar - as non-swimmers we felt safe. I had a nice massage but no bookings available for my husband. Hotel was clean but our room was a bit tired and although clean, taps etc need updating. You could only use the spa 2 at a time for 30 mins by booking, but I wouldn't bother. It desperately needs to be renovated. The lovely old stone is black with age. Shame as an otherwise perfect hotel. We are not beach goers but it's only 10 minutes to beach. Good value for money but some items of food are extras, eg freshly squeezed oranges and fried eggs - my favourites. The breakfast was well organised but coffee could have been served quicker, ie ordered as soon as food chosen. Chef and dining staff were excellent. Sitting outside as opposed to in aircon dining room was a bit hot. Tables had to be booked. Best bit, 5 minutes walk to the shops.

Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for every type of need. The food is always fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality, it's hard to give up or finish everything they offer on the menu. The structure is located a stone's throw from the sea but inside it has a beautiful thermal pool. Having said that, anyone who reads these reviews is invited to go there as soon as possible as the value for money is unmatched.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights in September, booking a superior room and I must say that I did well, very large on the second floor with a bathroom that had a very large shower, cleaned every day, never had any problems of any kind, air conditioning in place in a correct manner, well functioning and silent, I would eliminate the headboard of the bed which was a bit old and among other things I have always found it to be unhygienic. Structure that has its years but overall well maintained with a fabulous location not far from evening walks and a 15 minute walk from the port. There is paid parking for those coming by car. Large outdoor pool with thermal water treated with chlorine at room temperature, so don't expect the classic pools with water at 35 degrees, if you want it you have to access the basement of the structure where the spa is located. Good breakfast regarding bread and croissants, the cakes and the savory part could be improved. Correct and helpful staff. Personally I would put a smoking ban in all the external common parts of the structure because it was the festival of inveterate smokers, who then find it a paradox to come for spa treatments and then smoke like Turks, also out of respect for those who cannot stand the 'smell of smoke ... and I speak as a former smoker so .... Overall a structure that is a good point of reference for holidays in Ischia

I stayed with my friends last weekend, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly, especially Ilaria (the receptionist) who really provided us with all the necessary information and gave us good advice, also the night manager was always available to give us directions on the premises and to give us the room keys every hour. Good food. Hotel located in a good spot, not far from the center or the sea, and well connected by public transport. We made use of the outdoor swimming pool and the indoor thermal pool with hydromassage jets.
